Delosperma taylorii produces daisy-like flowers that are typically yellow or pale yellow, and they appear in the spring and summer. The name “ice plant” comes from the shimmering quality of the leaves and flowers, which can resemble ice crystals.
This plant requires full sun to thrive. It needs at least six hours of direct sunlight per day to maintain its compact shape and encourage flowering.
