At Gardenally Agrotech Private Limited, we take great care in delivering healthy, well-packed plants. Still, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the plant if:
The plant arrives damaged, dead, or is not what you ordered
You provide clear photos of the plant and packaging at the time of delivery
🔄 Exchange Option
If eligible, we’ll arrange a free replacement of the same or similar plant. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days.
If stock is unavailable, we may offer a refund.
🚫 Not Eligible For Return/Exchange
Plants with minor stress due to shipping (e.g., drooping leaves, soil displacement)
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Damage caused after delivery or due to improper care
