At Gardenally Agrotech Private Limited, we strive to deliver healthy, well-packed plants. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:
🔄 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation is not guaranteed, especially if the plant has been packed or shipped.
✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:
The plant arrives dead or damaged
The wrong item was delivered
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
🚫 No Refunds For
Natural wear during transit (e.g. slight wilting, soil spillage)
Late requests or damage after delivery due to improper care
Custom orders or rare plants once dispatched
💳 Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
